It started with listening.
Founded in 2018, Connect grew from a simple observation: when technology is difficult to use, the person using it is rarely the problem.

We began by offering in-home technology support. As we listened to customers and worked through their frustrations, a pattern emerged. Systems hadn’t always been designed or installed properly. Networks couldn’t reliably support what was connected to them. The experience was harder than it needed to be.
Our backgrounds in network engineering, Apple IT support, and design helped us see the whole picture. Better support mattered. So did addressing the system behind the problem.
